Our Terms of Service

Upon approval of estimated services, a deposit of 50% will be required. The remaining balance will be due on the final day of service. We will provide a copy of a written estimate to be signed by the homeowner as our contract for service.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. A 4% transaction fee will be applied to debit and credit card transactions.

Payment for invoices is due according to the terms listed in the agreement. Past due balances in excess of 30 days beyond the due date may be subject to late fees equal to 1.5% of the invoice amount per month and any unpaid balances in excess of 90 days beyond the due date may be subject to further action without prior notice.

*Administration fees may apply in the event the proposed services are cancelled, regardless of reason. In some cases, administration fees would cover the costs for materials if purchased prior to cancelled services.
